Mindful Yoga

I take a holistic approach to what I do, because living an authentic, purposeful and content life is not only about manifesting your goals. It is also ultimately also about being healthy and cultivating a deep sense of peace and well-being, while finding alignment and balance in all the different areas of your life.

Yoga helps to balance the mind and body and a beautiful way to practice mindfulness. Practicing yoga increases your physical health and improves your mental wellbeing while reducing stress. Mindful yoga enables you to calm your mind and to reconnect to your inner light- the state of bliss, freedom, and peace.

Styles:              Hatha, Vinyasa

Focus:              Asanas (yoga posses), upon request: traditional yoga class including pranayama (breath work)                             & meditation

Levels:             All levels

Location:         Outside in the nature surrounded by mother earth

Group Sessions

This is for groups between 2 and 8 people. The small group size will allow each one of you to receive my support to get into the correct alignment of the asanas poses. Benefit from receiving my full attention from beginning to end. Enjoy my gentle touches and support during your final rest and get ready to sink into complete relaxation.

1:1 Sessions

This is the perfect class for you if you really want to receive 1:1 yoga sessions tailored to your very own needs and wishes. Receive my full support throughout the entire class.
